REVA Electric Car
Available via GreenAer.ie, the all electric REVA car can travel 80 km between charges.
The car has no exhaust pipe, making it an zero-emission vehicle.
Mega City Electric Car
Available via GreenMachines.ie, the Mega City Electric Car is an attractive looking car that can go 60 – 80 km between charges.
Nissan Leaf
Available to buy on the Nissan.ie website, the Nissan Leaf is a fully electric car, with no petrol tank, no emissions and a range of up to 160 km.
Renault Fluence ZE
The Fluence ZE from Renault is a saloon with a difference, featuring an all electric engine non-polluting engine.
Toyota Prius
Due to be unveiled September 15th 2011 at the Frankfurt Motorshow, the new Prius plug-in electric hybrid vehicle (PHEV) is reportedly able to do an exceptional 128.4mpg.
